My Bio

About Me

I am a founding Partner of Goldberg Segalla’s Miami branch, where I practice in the areas of retail and hospitality, product liability, toxic tort, civil litigation and trial, transportation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), commercial litigation, and arbitration. I served on the board of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and I am a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), where I serve on its Board of Directors and have served as co-chair of the Deposition Boot Camp, the Art of Marketing Seminar and the ACT Initiative. I am Past President of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and Past Chair of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Historical Society. I have served on the boards of the Miami-Dade County Defense Bar Association, FIU Honors' Alumni Association, FIU Alumni Association, Parent to Parent of Miami, Miami Legal Services and Florida Christian School.
